Doctor Xiao Yu served as a rheumatologist in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University. She poured her major time and energy in clinical work.  She could make effective communication and gain the trust of patients, because she had enough enthusiasm and patience for every patient, offered them the most targeted therapy and let them understand what it is, why it is the best one and how to use it. She thinks this is very important. She has learned and researched in the field of Rheumatology for 20 years. Rheumatology is complex and complicated for her, so she never stops to learn especially in myopathology and infection area. She thinks that it's important to exclude metabolic diseases and infectious diseases, and to conclude and analysis patients' cases has the same importance for her advancing. She wishes that she would offer more help for patients through a bit by a bit accumulation.
