Dr. Cai Graduated from Shandong Medical College in 1983 and is currently a professor, master advisor and chief physician in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University. She mainly engaged in the research and treatment of cataracts, ocular surface diseases, corneal diseases, and myopia. Especially rich experiences in cataract surgery, corneal transplantation, laser treatment of myopia and ICL implantation. She has participated in national and provincial medical teams several times for charity cataract surgeries.

Dr. Cai has published more than 30 articles in core journals, co-author of three ophthalmology books. Dr. Cai has been funded by Shandong scientific and technological projects and Shandong Provincial Department of Health. Dr. Cai has been the prize-awarders of Shandong Science and Technology Award as second and third prizes respectively, and the second prize of the Ministry of Education.
