Liang Shi has been working since 2001 and received a doctorate degree in maxillofacial surgery from Peking University in 2009. Currently he is serving as a member of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Branch of the Shandong Stomatological Association, a member of the Microsurgery Branch of the Shandong Medical Association, and a member of the Flap Association of the Chinese Medical Promotion Association. Skilled in diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery. He is good at surgical treatment of oral and maxillofacial tumors, functional repair and reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial tissue defects with free flaps, surgical restoration of complex cranial-maxillofacial  fractures and extraction of various complex teeth. He has rich experience in microsurgery, cosmetic incision treatment of salivary gland diseases, digital assisted fracture treatment, maxillofacial deformity plastic surgery and other fields. In recent years, he has mainly engaged in scientific research on the basic and clinical treatment of salivary gland diseases, and endoscopic-assisted minimally invasive surgical treatment of maxillofacial diseases. He had presided over and completed the research work of 2 provincial and ministerial-level scientific research projects, and more than ten papers were published in professional journals at home and abroad, of which 5 papers were included by SCI.
