He is the member of Organ Transplantation Branch of Shandong Medical Doctor Association. He is committed to the comprehensive treatment of uremic patients, according to the actual situation of patients to choose the most suitable treatment for patients, including kidney transplantation, hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. He has in-depth research on CKD-MBD, and has unique views on related drug treatment and surgical treatment. He has published 6 papers included in SCI, and has undertaken one project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and one project of Shandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation.
